All deposits made to your oke5 account must be funded from a payment method that is registered in your own name. oke5 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay.
Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed on the oke5 deposit page at the time of transaction. oke5 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds and accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). oke5 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.
oke5 employs industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all financial transactions conducted on the Platform. However, oke5 is not responsible for any delays, errors, or failures caused by your payment provider or third-party financial institutions.
Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to make a deposit on the Platform. oke5 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Before processing any withdrawal, oke5 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures, including submission of a valid government-issued Philippine identification document and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until verification is satisfactorily completed.
Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.
oke5 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms pending investigation.
